EA Sports released the official ratings for MLS players in the upcoming EA FC 26, with Inter Miami's Lionel Messi continuing his reign as the highest-rated player in the league at 86 overall. The Argentine superstar's is followed closely by LAFC's summer signing Son Heung-min, who enters the game with an 85 rating.

  Messi's Inter Miami teammate Rodrigo De Paul claims the third spot with an 84 rating, further cementing the Florida club's virtual superiority. Three players share the fourth position with 80 ratings: Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Thomas Muller, Inter Miami defensive midfielder Sergio Busquets, and LA Galaxy playmaker Riqui Puig.
